 This section will enable you to quickly and easily send files to our server. If you are sending files to accompany an order you have placed, then make sure you have named and referenced your files as they were on your order form. If you need assistance please phone us at 416 504 9696.

Before uploading your files please compress them and give them a unique file name so they will be easier for us to find.  Feel free to create folders with your company name to place your files into.  There are currently two ways to upload your files to us.  Please choose the most convenient method for you.

1.  If you are using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher click HERE.  A new window will open where you can copy and paste or drag and drop your files into.  If you are able to see the files but are unable to copy and paste please upgrade your browser or use method #2.

2.  Please load your favourite ftp client and use the following information to connect:
host: ftp.brownbook.ca
user: brownboo_general
pass: generalftp
 		Most ftp client software will work with method #2.  If you don't have ftp software you can download and try one of our favourites.  Filezilla for PC or Fetch for Mac.

Please Note:
This is a general public ftp area.  Documents uploaded to this area can be viewed and downloaded by others.  If you have sensitive or confidential documents please contact us so we can arrange an exclusive ftp area with your own personal login and password which is more secure.
